I would like to transfer my interest in selling a traditional house, build

in 18th century which is located in the old town (Chora) of Patmos Island in Greece.

The specific house has 2 floors

(around 100 square meters each floor) and an internal garden. It is located next to Emanuel Xanthos house (one of the

founders of Filiki Etaireia which took part in Greek Revolution). It is somehow downfallen and needs reconstruction.

architectural plans referring to the reconstruction/renovation of the house are available as well as our assist to this

procedure from our architectural office in Athens.

The old town of Patmos (Chora) has a huge investing interest and

because of the high selling prices a lot of well known businessmen, actors, singers from all over the world have invested by

buying houses in Chora.
